In fact, there are many excellent and reputable brokers in the market and their individual trading accounts are giving 1:500, but unfortunately they do not offer fund management accounts such as PAMM.

If investors request us to manage their individual trading accounts or their PAMM accounts, we will only consider provided the fund size is exceeding USD 1 million and the conditions must be as follows :-

1) The investors are not allowed to keep both trading and investor passwords, and we can modify it at any time. If the investors attempt to change the passwords at the client portal of the broker, we will abandon the trading immediately (as our system are forced to logout automatically). Any losses that incurred in the account, we will not hold any responsibility and will not compensate at all.

Note that since the investors do not have a login password but they can view the delayed results at MyFxBook link (MyFxBook must be registered under our email and the investors can suggest their preferred MyFxBook account name) or check their own email inbox as the broker will send them a daily statement everyday.

2) Since the individual trading account is not under our name and the broker will not help us to collect our entitled Performance Fee (PF) monthly, therefore, the investor must remit our estimated PF to us one month in advance on monthly basis.

If the investor's account is a PAMM account, the account owner must arrange with the broker for my share of PF, and the PF amount should be credited into our account every month automatically. In this case, the account owner does not need to pay us in advance. Condition : The broker must send us an official letter specifically stating that the arrangement must be irrevocable despite the account owner change it.
 

Note : Upon investor's request, the condition of this one month payment in advance can be reviewed after 3 to 6 months time, either to relieve or waive the conditions, subject to mutual parties' consensus.

3) The broker must be one of my acceptable / preferred choices.

 

Notes :-

 

a) Types of investors / clients might be :-

i)    Individual investors

ii)   Fund Management Company

iii)  Investment Division of a Corporate / Conglomerate

iv)  Investment Holding Company

v)   Pool of Funds by a Group of Entities

b) The PAMM account above includes MAM "Proportional Allocation By P/L" accounts only.

市场上其实有很多优秀且有信誉的平台，他们对于个人交易账户的杠杆都给 1:500，但很可惜他们没有 PAMM 的资管账户。

如果投资者要求我们管理他们的个人交易账户或他们的 PAMM 账户，我们只考虑资金规模超过 100 万美元且条件必须如下 :-

1) 投资者不得保留交易密码和观摩密码，及我们可以随时修改。如果投资者试图在平台的客户端更改密码，我们将立即放弃交易 (因为我们的系统会自动被强制登出)。如果账户内发生的任何损失，我们一概不承担任何责任，也不给予赔偿。

请注意，由于投资者没有登录密码，但他们可以在 MyFxBook 链接查看延迟结果 (MyFxBook 必须是由我们的电子邮件下注册，投资者可以建议他们首选的 MyFxBook 账户名称) 或查看他们自己的邮箱，平台会每天向他们发送日结单。

2) 由于个人交易账户不是在我们的名下，平台不会帮助我们每月收取我们应得的分成费，因此，投资者必须按月提前一个月将我们估计的分成费汇给我们。

如果投资者的账户是 PAMM 账户，账户拥有者必须与平台安排我的分成份额，并且分成金额应每个月自动转账到我们的账户。在这种情况下，账户拥有者就无需提前向我们汇款。条件 : 平台必须向我们发送一封官方信函，明确说明尽管账户拥有者欲申请更改，该自动转账分成的安排仍然必须是不可撤销的安排。
 

註 : 应投资者要求，提前一个月的付款条件可在三至六个月后检讨，可以降低或取消条件，需双方的一致协商。

3) 平台必须是我可以接受 / 首选的选择之一。

注意事项 :-

a) 投资者 / 客户的类型可能是：-
i)    个人投资者
ii)   基金管理公司
iii)  公司 / 集团的投资部门
iv)  投资控股公司
v)   集资盘
vi)  资金盘，将假盘转换成真盘，无欺诈成分。请盘主联系我们询问 更多资料和数据。

b) 上述 PAMM 账户仅包括 MAM “Proportional Allocation By P/L” 类型的账户。
