In fact, there are many excellent and
reputable brokers in the market but unfortunately they do not offer
fund management accounts such as PAMM or MAM (must be
Proportional Allocation by P/L).
If investors request us to manage for their
accounts, we will only consider provided
the fundsize is exceeding USD / USDT 1 million and the conditions must
be as follows :-
1) The investors are not allowed to keep both trading and
investor passwords, and we would definitely change it.
Note that since the investors do not have a login password but
they can view their results at :-
a) broker's client portal.
b) delayed results at our MyFxBook.
c) check their own email inbox as the broker will send them periodic statements.
If the
investors attempt to change the passwords at their broker's client portal, our trading program will abandon the trading
automatically and immediately, and our fund management relationship
with the client will be terminated with immediate effect.
Subsequently, this client will be blacklisted by us permanently.
2) Since the trading account is not under our name
and the broker will not help us to collect our entitled
Performance Fee (PF) monthly, therefore, the investor must remit
our entitled PF to us on monthly basis. We strongly prefer the
client to transfer the PF in USDT to our Binance / ByBit
accounts. Note that the client must remit our PF either on the
1st / 2nd calendar day of each month, any delay with effect from
3rd calendar day of the month, we will stop trading for their
account immediately and our fund management relationship
with the client will be terminated with immediate effect.
Subsequently, this client will be blacklisted by us permanently.
Below excuses will not be accepted :-
a) Broker delays in their withdrawal
application (we do not accept back-to-back arrangement).
b) 1st / 2nd calendar day of the month is during weekend or
gazetted public holidays.
c) Client is in overseas trip.
d) Any other unjustifiable / unreasonable / absurd / illogical / ridiculous / senseless excuses.
If the investor's account is a PAMM / MAM account, the account owner
may arrange with the broker for our share of PF, and the PF
amount should be credited into our trading account in every
beginning of the month
automatically. Should the broker ever happen any delay payment
on / after 3rd calendar day of any month, this arrangement shall
be cancelled immediately and to be replaced by remittance / USDT
transfer basis with immediate effect.
3) The broker must be one of our acceptable / preferred choices.
4) Types of investors / clients might be :-
a) Individual investors
b) Fund Management Company
c) Investment Division of a Corporate / Conglomerate
d) Investment Holding Company
e) Pool of Funds by a Group of Entities
f) Money Game Players, to turn a scam scheme into a real / genuine investment for their members

如果投资者试图在平台的客户端更改密码，我们的交易程序会立即自动停止交易，这样，我们与客户的资金管理关系将立即终止。随后，该客户将被我们永久性列入黑名单内。

由于交易账户不在我们的名下，平台不会帮助我们每月收取我们应份的分成收费，因此，投资者必须每月将我们的分成收费汇给我们。我们强烈建议客户付款方式以
USDT 转入我们的 Binance / ByBit
账户内。请注意，客户必须在每个月的第一或第二日汇出我们的分成收费。如果任何一个月发生延迟在该月的第三日或以上才收到款项，我们将立即停止其账户的交易，并且我们与客户的资金管理关系将立即终止。随后，该客户将被我们永久性列入黑名单。以下借口将不被接受
:-
a) 客户向平台申请出金，但平台延迟出金 (我们不接受背靠背的安排)。
b) 某月份的第一或第二日是周末或宪报的公共假期。
c) 客户正在海外。
d) 任何其他不合理 / 荒谬 / 不合逻辑 / 荒唐的借口。
如果投资者的账户是 PAMM / MAM
账户，投资者可以与平台安排每个月初直接支付我们的分成收费到我们的交易账户。如果平台在任何一个月的第三日或以上发生任何延迟付款，此平台付款的安排将立即被取消，投资者将立即以汇款或
USDT 方式取代。
3) 平台必须是我们可以接受的选择之一。
4) 投资者或客户的类型可能是 :-
a) 个人投资者
b) 基金管理公司
c) 公司或集团的投资部门
d) 投资控股公司
e) 集资实体团队或合作团体
f) 资金盘，将诈骗的骗局转变成为一门真正的投资项目，为资金盘成员谋利
